The Ted Wells Report Has Been Almost A Week Now and We Here At Coaches Hot Seat Have To Wonder: How in the Hell is Joe Philbin Still the Head Coach of the Miami Dolphins? – The Sorry Excuse for A Human Being That Is Richie Incognito Who Had LOTS Of People in the Media Defending Him and Blaming Martin Last Fall….Where Are Those Media People Today? Oh….Silence – Check Those Twitter Feeds and One Will Find Major Sportswriters in America that Defended Incognito and That Don’t Know Their Asses From the Side of A Barn – Joe Philbin Should Be Fired by the Miami Dolphins

It has been almost a week now since Ted Wells released his report on the Miami Dolphins, Richie Incognito, Jonathan Martin among others…..

….and we here at Coaches Hot Seat can only wonder one thing:

How in the Hell is Joe Philbin still the head coach of the Miami Dolphins?

Yesterday the Miami Dolphins did what they should have done several days ago and fired offensive line coach Jim Turner and long-time athletics trainer Kevin O’Neill….

Dolphins fire coach, trainer amid report, ESPN.com

….but still the individual…..and we are purposely not writing MAN….that was responsible for the Miami Dolphins football team and we mean one….

Joe Philbin

….has it seems not been blamed for the….

Complete Freaking Disaster that was the workplace that Joe Philbin was charged with overseeing

A great question that was answered by Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald last week:

Wells report shows Jim Turner will be fall guy, but makes clear Miami Dolphins job is too big for Joe Philbin, Armando Salguero, Miami Herald

The words of the Great John Madden have been ringing in our ears for several months now relative to what has been going on with this Incognito – Martin situation with the Miami Dolphins and those words by Coach Madden are….

“Coaches have to watch for what they don’t want to see and listen to what they don’t want to hear.”

Amen to that Coach Madden about Coaches and ANYONE managing a workplace in the world today.

What really got a laugh from us here at Coaches Hot Seat was Joe Philbin’s statement after the Dolphins firing of Turner and O’Neill yesterday:

“As the Head Coach of the Miami Dolphins, it is my responsibility to create an atmosphere that allows each player the opportunity to reach his full potential. As Stephen Ross said, and I agree, the language and behavior outlined in Ted Wells’ report was disappointing and unacceptable. Since I first arrived in Miami, it has been my goal to have a team which honors our proud tradition and represents our fan base the right way both on and off the field. It is not possible for a team to accomplish its goals when the fundamental values of respect are violated. That ultimately rests on my shoulders and I will be accountable moving forward for making sure that we emphasize a team-first culture of respect towards one another.”

NOW going into his third year as head coach of the Miami Dolphins it is Joe Philbin’s…

“…..responsibility to create an atmosphere that allows each player the opportunity to reach his full potential?”

Where in the HELL have you been the last two years Joe Philbin?

For Damn sure not running and managing the Miami Dolphins as head coach in the NFL or any organization should be in our opinion but then this is the NFL where NFL players can almost Damn do anything they Damn please and return to play in “the League” right?

Disgraceful and a Sorry Excuse of an Organization is what….

Owner Stephen Ross

Head Coach Joe Philbin

….have been running with the Miami Dolphins in our opinion and when we think about it why the HELL should we be surprised that Ross and Philbin are….

….that what was detailed in Ted Wells’ report was going on within the…

Miami Dolphins?

After all we are talking about….in our opinion….two of the most Clueless Freaking Human Beings on the Earth in Stephen Ross and Joe Philbin because YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE Complete Freaking Clueless Idiot to not see at least some of the stuff that was detailed in the Wells Report if you spent any time around the team and had an IQ over room temperature.

Bottom-Line:  Joe Philbin should have ALREADY BEEN FIRED by now but again we recognize this is the….

….where Pieces of Shit and Sorry Excuses for Human Beings….in our opinion….like Richie Incognito have been able to hang around for a Helluva long time and time and time again after getting suspended by “the League” come back to play in “the League” again.

As for Richie Incognito we have read various news articles about Incognito over the years and it has been our opinion that….

Richie Incognito IS a Piece of Shit and IS a Sorry Excuse for a Human Being and IS a disgrace to the American Republic

…and if there was justice in this world Incognito would somehow end up in the US Military and in Afghanistan fighting the Taliban and then captured by the Taliban and then we would all find out just how “tough” Richie Incognito really is or if Incognito was just like every other Damn bully we here at Coaches Hot Seat have run into during our lives on this Earth that are really just….

Candy Ass Pussies

….that bully other people because that is just what Sorry Excuses for Human Beings get a kick out of because deep down they know just how pitiful their lives on this Earth are/have been.

Even worse than a Sorry Excuse for a Human Being like Richie Incognito are people in the media that have NEVER played a down of football or any Damn sport in their precious lives for that matter that proudly stood-up and defended Incognito last Fall when anyone that had taken the time to read news reports about Incognito….that also has an IQ over room temperature….would have understood what a Complete Piece of Shit that Richie Incognito is and that when a real investigation was completed of the Miami Dolphins workplace that real investigation was going to produce something like the Ted Wells report.

Oh…those members of the media that defended Richie Incognito worked at….

ALL the major sports news outlets in the media

….and maybe their bosses should go back through those folks Twitter feeds searching for “Incognito” to see just what kind of….

Complete Freaking Idiots

….they have working and reporting on sports in America.

Yes, defend Richie Incognito now you Complete Freaking Idiots…..

Joe Philbin should ALREADY been fired by the Miami Dolphins

Richie Incognito should NEVER play in the NFL again….PERIOD.

In our opinion here at Coaches Hot Seat.
